i have been working on the axles

they are pretty small
the problem is the front axle doesn't work smoothly
i need to modify it...

i mounted a servo on the chassis and tested crawling
looks good so far
how to mount a servo on the chassis

i had the y-harness's shorter than before

i'm planning to cut off the fenders like this

i finished the chassis
u-bolts & more leaf springs give less wheel travel tho, i like the chassis

the picture below shows 5 kinds of tires, it is just my opinion tho.

let me show how to make tires narrow

new tires and the chassis

i bought a 1.4 metric die(M1.4 0.3mm pitch) to make u-bolts.
i like it. it's easy to make u-bolts
i used 1.5mm brass round stick

i like 100:1 geared motors. they're like snails tho, have more torque
finished a flexible drive shaft. it's better than solid one. no more clicking while it's working

working on the chassis
i bent the frame rails with bending pliers, some sand, and a torch
at this time, i'm using smaller bolts & nuts. i bought them at an optician´s. they are small but strong enough.
i will use two geared motors for this rig.
now im using only four leaf springs but i'll add more. because the body and the stuff are heavier than i thought
and i added some details on the roof
